Our Mission.

At The Biscuit Joint, we believe breakfast is more than just the first meal of the day—it’s an opportunity to start fresh, feel welcomed, and be surrounded by good company. From the moment you walk through our doors, we want you to feel at home. Whether you're grabbing a biscuit on the go, sitting down for a slow morning, or just in need of a friendly face, we're here to fuel your day with great food, warm hospitality, and a little encouragement.

Every biscuit we serve is made from scratch, baked fresh daily, and crafted with care. But what truly sets us apart is the love we pour into every interaction. We know that, for many, we’re the first stop of the day—the first smile, the first conversation, the first bit of comfort before life gets busy. That’s why we take our role seriously, making sure that every guest leaves feeling a little lighter, a little fuller, and a little more ready to take on whatever comes next.

Our love for the community runs deep. We do our best to give back, help those in need, and be a positive light in St. Louis. Whether it’s through charity initiatives, supporting local causes, or simply offering a warm place to be, we want The Biscuit Joint to be more than a breakfast spot—we want it to be a place of connection, kindness, and good food made with heart.

Come as you are, and let us brighten your day—one biscuit at a time.

Our Owners.

The Biscuit Joint is the vision of longtime best friends Elliott Brown and Brandon Panosh, who have spent over a decade working side by side in some of St. Louis’s most renowned restaurants. With nearly 30 years of combined experience—primarily in the kitchens of Take Root Hospitality and Niche Food Group—we've honed our craft, developed a deep respect for high-quality ingredients, and built a passion for creating food that brings people together.

Our mission goes beyond serving great biscuits. We want to grow The Biscuit Joint and our private dining business,Dinner at the Loft, into a food group of our own—one that champions local, seasonal ingredients and showcases the incredible talent within St. Louis. Through our cooking, we blend the techniques we've learned over the years with a deep love for our community, using our business as a platform to highlight the chefs, farmers, and artisans who make this city special.

For us, this isn’t just about breakfast—it’s about building something meaningful, creating opportunities, and making St. Louis an even better food city. We’re grateful to be a part of this community and can’t wait to share what’s next.
